What do the sessions look like?

Sessions are each one hour long and are generally scheduled weekly between July and mid-December. Strategy sessions take place prior to the start of the essay sessions with one of our senior Consultants. Depending on Consultant availability, we are able to accommodate requests for longer or more frequent sessions.

Are the consultants always available?

Please note that our company is closed annually between the 20th of December and 5th of January. Our tutors will not be able to book sessions during that period.

How do the payments work?

The packages are payable in two installments, half is due in advance, the remainder on a date we agree on prior to signing the contract. The hourly sessions are also billed in advance. Please kindly ensure, while transferring your payments, that all bank transfer fees are paid by you.

What if I need to cancel?

We have a strict minimum 24-hour cancellation policy for sessions. Barring exceptional circumstances, our Essay Consultants won’t be able to rebook a session that you cancel with less than 24-hours’ notice, and you will be charged for the session.
